Once you have completed your evaluation, you will automatically receive an email confirming that your trading objectives are complete, along with a link to complete KYC with our verification partner, Veriff.
The trader must complete KYC and provide payment withdrawal details (on the Profile page > Verification tab) to receive the contract and, once it is signed, the account credentials.
The time from completing the evaluation objectives to receiving your Qualified Analyst credentials is a maximum of 2 working days.
This timeframe allows our team to review the account, ensuring it strictly complies with the stated objectives and that no prohibited trading strategies or other rules set out in this help centre have been breached. It also gives our team the time needed to configure the account and thoroughly evaluate the data from your evaluation accounts.
