Upon purchasing your evaluation with TradeLocker as your platform choice, you will receive two emails. One will contain your master credentials (your username/email, password, and server), and the other will include your purchased account number for reference. TradeLocker credentials are master credentials, meaning all accounts you receive will be accessible through them. You can toggle between different accounts within the terminal.
For TradeLocker, a login number is not required. Instead, log in using your email address and the password sent to you via email.
Download and web version:
Log in using your email address and password. Note that, if asked, the platform should be set to "Broker/Prop", not "TradeLocker Profile", and set to "Demo", not "Live". The server is "ALPHACAP":
Problems with login
As mentioned above, TradeLocker credentials are master credentials; therefore, you should keep the very first password you received by email saved, as you will always use it.
If you lose it, feel free to email us at [email protected] asking for a password reset. Then try logging into your terminal using your email and the new password.
