We do not allow a single individual to operate multiple accounts through the same IP address. Using IP masking, or masking your trade reasons on the platform, is also prohibited.
More than one person in the same household may hold accounts, provided they are genuinely separate individuals (for example, relatives) and remain within the limits set out in our maximum allocation per household rules. Sharing the same household IP address is acceptable in this case. Each person may access and trade only their own account(s). Accounts must not be shared, and coordinated or group trading across accounts is not permitted, as set out in our prohibited trading strategies.
Any trades that appear to involve the masking of IP addresses or trade reasons will be treated as a violation.
If we detect frequent changes between IP addresses from different countries in a manner that is not geographically feasible, this will be considered a violation. For example, if IP addresses from two distant countries are used within the same trading day without prior notice or the use of a VPS.
You are allowed to use a VPN or VPS, as long as it has a static IP and this is communicated in advance.
International travel may trigger a security review due to IP location changes. If this occurs, we may request travel details to verify account activity.
