Yes, Expert Advisors are permitted on our MT5 platform; however, their use is strictly limited to risk management and trade assistance tools. There is currently no EA functionality available for cTrader, DX Trade, or TradeLocker accounts.
Automated EAs that execute trades independently based on predefined indicators, without human oversight, typically rely on aggressive execution models and increased exposure to volatile market conditions. The use of such automated trading systems, including third-party bots and fully automated strategies, is strictly prohibited and will not be approved under any circumstances.
EAs designed solely for trade management purposes are permitted. This includes tools for lot size calculation, stop-loss and take-profit management, break-even functionality, and general risk control. These are classified as risk management tools and are fully approved for use.
Enable EA at Checkout: When purchasing an account, make sure to click on "Enable EA" during the checkout process. However, please note that you will still need to contact our support team to process the enabling of the EA.
Pre-Approval: We kindly request that EAs be pre-approved before use. To do this, please email [email protected] and provide the relevant EX5 file. Where available, the MQ5 source code can also be submitted for review.
Please note that to have the EA feature enabled on the Qualified Analyst account, it must be enabled and used during the assessment.
It is important to note that high-frequency trading, latency arbitrage strategies, and any form of automated trading bots are strictly prohibited. The use of such systems will result in immediate account closure. Additionally, the use of third-party EAs presents a risk to both the firm and the trader. If multiple traders are identified as using the same EA and placing identical trades, this will be considered a breach of our "No Group Trading" policy and may result in account failure.
Any breach of this policy, including the use of prohibited or unapproved EAs, will result in immediate disqualification from the evaluation programme and may lead to permanent account termination.
