If you purchase using cryptocurrency, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your account credentials. Our team processes these requests as a priority, and credentials are often sent within a few hours.

Please ensure that the selected coin is sent through the selected network, and that the amount sent is sufficient to cover both the account price and any gas fees indicated at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for underpaid transactions, which may require a refund process involving the advance payment of the refund transaction's gas fee.
